Dose tracking
Built for your schedule, weekly or daily
Add your medication once and Pep sets the rhythm: a weekly reminder for Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro or Zepbound, a daily one for Rybelsus, the Wegovy pill or Foundayo, and your own schedule for compounded or custom doses. Logging takes one tap, and the next dose shows on a home-screen widget so you never have to open the app to check.
Missed one? Our missed-dose guide and calculator show what each medication’s label says, by how late you are.
Between doses
See where you are in the week
GLP-1 medications rise and fall in your body on a predictable curve, and appetite, energy and side effects tend to follow it. Pep’s medication-level indicator shows roughly where you are between doses so the pattern makes sense, and the calendar view puts doses, weight and symptoms on the same timeline.
Curious about the curve itself? The free medication level calculator plots it in your browser.

Progress
Weight, food, photos and side effects, together
Appetite changes fast on these medications, so Pep tracks the numbers that matter most on a GLP-1: protein, fiber, calories and water. Search a food database, scan a barcode, or snap a photo and let the AI food scanner estimate it. Weight, measurements and progress photos build a timeline the scale alone can’t show.
Not sure how much protein to aim for? The protein calculator gives a daily target with a per-meal split.
What’s free and what’s Pro
Pep is free to download, and the tracking that matters most stays free. Pro is optional.
| Free | Pro |
|---|---|
| Dose logging for shots and pills, with reminders and injection-site rotation | Everything in Free, plus premium features |
| Weight, side effects and the daily summary | Annual plan about $40 per year; monthly plans also offered |
| Free web calculators: cost, dose schedule, missed dose, weight loss, protein, medication level, syringe units | Current prices and any promotions are shown in the app and on the store listings |
Pep does not export PDF or clinician reports, and it does not give medical advice: it records what you take and shows the schedule from the FDA label for reference. Dose decisions stay with your prescriber.
Which medications Pep tracks
All of them. Weekly injections (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Saxenda), daily pills (Rybelsus, the Wegovy pill, Foundayo), and compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide logged in mg or syringe units. Anything else can be added with a custom name and dose. The medications hub has a card for each one.

A note on the name
Pep GLP-1 Tracker is not “Pep AI: Peptide GLP-1 Tracker,” a different app from a different company that launched in 2026. Some comparison pages mix the two up and describe Pep as a paid peptide app with a compound library and an Apple Watch app. That is Pep AI. The app on this page is free to download, tracks GLP-1 medications rather than research peptides, and is available in 10 languages. Verified facts are on the Pep facts page.
