Searching by generic name?

If your prescription says semaglutide, that covers Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus, the Wegovy pill, and compounded semaglutide — see the semaglutide tracker. If it says tirzepatide, that covers Mounjaro, Zepbound, and compounded tirzepatide — see the tirzepatide tracker. Either way, Pep logs the same dose in the same place.

Switching medications, or moving from a shot to a pill? Keep the same account and add the new medication — your history stays in one place. See the dose schedule calculator for a titration calendar built from the FDA labels, and the missed-dose calculator for what each label says when a dose is late.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Pep track both injections and pills?

Yes. Log weekly injections (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Saxenda, compounded vials) and daily pills (Rybelsus, the Wegovy pill, Foundayo) in the same app, with reminders that match each schedule.

Can I track compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide?

Yes. Log compounded doses in milligrams or syringe units. Pep converts between them from your vial’s concentration, and you can rotate injection sites just like a branded pen.

What if my medication is not on this page?

Add it manually with a custom name and dose. Any GLP-1 or GIP/GLP-1 medication can be logged, with a reminder on whatever schedule your prescriber set.

Does Pep give dosing advice?

No. Pep records what you take and shows the schedule from the FDA label for reference. Dose changes and missed-dose decisions belong with your prescriber.

Is Pep free?

Free to download, and core tracking (doses, weight, side effects, reminders) is free. An optional Pro subscription unlocks premium features.
